Dear Coles Elementary Community,  

I am excited to introduce myself as the principal of Coles Elementary School. I am honored to have been chosen to lead this exceptional school and to become a part of this close-knit community.  

As the new principal at Cole Elementary, I bring with me a deep passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. I have supported Prince William County Public Schools in multiple roles over my tenure as an educator to include classroom teacher, Special Education teacher, reading specialist, assistant principal, principal and supervisor of language arts. My goal as your principal is to ensure that every student at Coles Elementary receives a high-quality education that prepares them for success.  

I want to assure you that I am dedicated to the well-being and safety of our students. Their physical, emotional, and social development are important to me. I will work closely with our dedicated staff to ensure that our school remains a safe and nurturing environment where every student feels valued and supported.  

In the coming weeks and months, I look forward to getting to know each of you better and learning about the unique strengths and aspirations of our students. I am committed to creating opportunities for open dialogue and feedback as I believe that together we can continue our trajectory for success.
