My name is Ms. Jocelyn Redding and I am Coles's new School Psychologist. I am here on Tuesdays and Thursdays and available by email at all other times.

Due to the Statewide School shutdown, I am available by email at all times ( work hours M-F). My office hours are M, Th, F from 10am-12pm, but I will respond to emails throughout the day. Please feel free to contact me if you or your student(s) need support. Stay Safe!

I hail from St. Louis, MO, the Show Me state! I attended Trinity College (Hartford, CT), where I received a B.S. in Psychology and Gallaudet University (Washington, D.C.) where I received an M.A. in Developmental Psychology and a Psy S. in School Psychology. In addition to serving Coles, I also work at Saunders Middle. 

I am so happy to be here to support Coles's students, faculty, and staff make this school year excellent. You may be wondering, "What is a School Psychologist???". A School Psychologist is a specialist that helps students achieve academically and social-emotionally. I have experience working with racially/culturally and linguistically diverse students, and DHH students. 
 I have many roles but the following is a summary of what i do:

- Providing Counseling Service, Social Emotional support
- Help plan student interventions (Behavioral, Academic)
- Work with the Special Education team and students
-Provide support to teachers and other educational staff
